Three options for donating: 1) enroll in monthly payroll deductions,  2) pay now and buyout the full payroll deduction amount upfront, or 3) make a small one time donation to support the campaign

  • A one-year commitment OR PTO BuyOut option is required to receive PTO incentives; however, you may stop payroll deductions at any time by emailing [email protected].
  • Payroll deductions will begin with the first paycheck of February 2025 and continue through January 2025.
  • If you are currently enrolled for payroll deduction, thank you! For the 2025 year, you must re-enroll to continue to receive these benefits

Employee Giving Campaign Donation Options

Current Giving Status

  • I have never participated in employee giving, but would like to sign up.

  • I would like to give the same amount as I did this past year. Questions on how much you're giving? Please refer to your pay stub to view current giving amount.

  • I would like to continue employee giving, but at a new amount.

  • I would like to donate just one-time (not the "buyout" option).

Option #1 - Payroll Deductions

Pay later - Paycheck deductions beginning in February. *Please note: a 1 year commitment is required to receive PTO benefits.

Option #2 - Payroll Buyout

Pay now - Donate total amount upfront, rather than per paycheck. Buyout is a one time option equal to the sum total of each level of giving listed above. This option will be eligible for PTO Benefits.

Option #3 - One Time Donation

Participate in Employee Giving Day with a small donation. This One Time Donation less than $100 will still be eligible for 1 raffle ticket.
