2023 Advocacy in Action Application

The 3rd Annual Advocacy in Action registration is now open and we invite you to come participate in one of the best leadership development opportunities for students in the Southeast. This two part competition aims to engage students in areas of agricultural policy and advocacy. Each team will be made up of 3 individuals that will compete in both the video and in-person portion of the competition.

Round one - this will take place prior to Sunbelt Ag Expo and will require a 2-3 minute video response to an issue-based prompt.

Round two - this will take place on October 18th at the Sunbelt Ag Expo in Moultrie, Ga. and will consist of an in-person competition based on a second issue-based prompt.

You can register to participate until Friday, September 8th.

Deadline for your video submissions will be Monday, September 18th.

Advancing Teams will be notified Monday, October 2nd.

FINALS will be held at Sunbelt Ag Expo Wednesday, October 18th.

**The individuals competing in the video portion of the competition, MUST be the same individuals competing in the in-person interview**
